- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 medium onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
- 1 cup tomato sauce sugar-free
- 1 tsp salt or more to taste
- 1 tsp pepper or more to taste

Heat a pan over medium heat and melt about two tablespoons of butter.
Fry the onion, garlic and fresh ginger in butter for about 2-3 minutes until it becomes translucent.
Meanwhile cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
